Dena K. Leibowitz, MS, LCADC, CHT, 500 RYT, serves as the Owner and Addictions Specialist/Psychotherapist at the Center for Mental Health, LLC, where she brings over 22 years of clinical expertise in addiction disorders and mental health treatment. Under her leadership, the Center has established itself as a premier outpatient substance and mental health treatment program, licensed by the state of Maryland and recognized by the ADDA, MVA, and the court system. Dena's integrative approach to therapy uniquely combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and traditional psychotherapy with holistic modalities such as mindfulness, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and wellness strategies. This comprehensive methodology not only addresses the psychological aspects of addiction but also promotes overall well-being, making her practice a beacon of hope for individuals on their recovery journey.
Dena is currently spearheading several key projects aimed at enhancing the therapeutic offerings at the Center.
