Lynn Baldwin is a dedicated Business Technology Faculty member at Madison Area Technical College, where she leverages her extensive experience in education and training to cultivate an entrepreneurial and growth mindset among her students. With a strong focus on office administration, business technology, and marketing, Lynn is committed to providing inclusive, hands-on, and learner-centered instruction. Her innovative approach to curriculum design has led to the co-development of the course "Mindset for Success," which empowers students to harness their potential and develop essential skills for the modern workplace.
In her current role, Lynn is responsible for creating engaging e-learning and instructor-led courses that cater to diverse learning styles, utilizing principles of Universal Design and Adult Learning Theory to ensure accessibility for all students.
