James Haddad serves as a Senior Advisor to the CFO at Cadence Design Systems, where he leverages his extensive expertise in strategic financial management and international business to drive the company’s financial growth and sustainability initiatives. With a remarkable track record of guiding Cadence from a $660 million market cap in 2008 to over $85 billion today, James has been instrumental in shaping the company’s capital allocation strategies. His current role involves the evaluation and monitoring of capital allocation, including Accelerated Share Repurchase (ASR) programs and dividend assessments, ensuring that the company maintains a robust capital structure while optimizing leverage and debt issuance.
James is also deeply involved in transformative M&A financing and structuring, playing a pivotal role in identifying and executing strategic acquisitions that align with Cadence's long-term growth objectives.
