At Crown Castle, Robert plays a pivotal role in the planning and execution of fiber optic projects, ensuring that new backbone, lateral, and riser fiber installations meet both technical and operational requirements.
In his current position, Robert actively participates in Kick-Off meetings to discuss project specifications and requirements. He meticulously reviews sales engineering designs to determine optimal backbone fiber routes, leveraging his profound knowledge of CAD, OSPI, Spatial, 3GIS, and QGIS fiber mapping tools. His proficiency in utilizing advanced test equipment such as EXFO, JDSU/VIAVI, and Anritsu ensures that all installations meet industry standards and performance benchmarks.
