As the Assistant Water Polo Coach at Central York High School, I am deeply committed to fostering both athletic excellence and personal growth among our student-athletes. My role extends beyond simply coaching; I strive to create an environment where young athletes can thrive, learn teamwork, and develop essential life skills. Working closely with students, I focus on overcoming obstacles they face, whether in sports or their personal lives, ensuring they feel supported and empowered.
In addition to my coaching responsibilities, I leverage my background in real estate to instill valuable lessons about goal-setting and perseverance. My experience in real estate transactions and marketing has equipped me with a unique perspective on strategic planning and effective communication, which I apply to my coaching style. I believe that the principles of success in real estate—understanding client needs, developing tailored strategies, and executing plans with precision—are directly applicable to coaching young athletes.
Currently, I am involved in several key projects aimed at enhancing our water polo program, including organizing skill development clinics and fostering community engagement through local partnerships. My passion for sports and mentoring drives me to lead by example, inspiring my peers and students alike. With a strong foundation in coaching and a commitment to student development, I am dedicated to helping our athletes achieve their goals both in the pool and beyond. Whether it’s through rigorous training sessions or one-on-one mentorship, I am here to ensure that each student-athlete not only excels in the sport but also grows as an individual.
