This includes the supervision of seven multi-disciplinary departments, such as Nursing, Pharmacy, Business Office, Revenue Cycle, Lab, and Radiation, ensuring that each unit operates at peak efficiency and delivers exceptional patient care.
Danielle's leadership extends to a team of 215 full-time employees and nine Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), where her strong organizational and communication skills play a vital role in fostering collaboration and enhancing productivity. She is instrumental in the development and implementation of both short-term and long-range plans that align with Texas Oncology's mission to provide comprehensive cancer care.
