His expertise encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including the meticulous management of a substantial budget—€2.5 million for operations and €3 million for investments—as well as the oversight of contracts related to services, third-party maintenance (TMA), specifications, and tender processes.
At Groupe Prenant, Laurent is instrumental in the organization of the IT department, ensuring that all team members are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. He is currently leading a comprehensive infrastructure update plan that includes critical components such as cabling, switch upgrades, VMware clustering, and cloud migration.
