Boonma Ruchirojampai serves as a Principal Layout Design Engineer at Broadcom Inc., where he plays a pivotal role in the development of cutting-edge Mixed Signal ASIC IP layouts. With over 15 years of extensive experience in Analog Mixed-Signal layout design across a spectrum of advanced CMOS process technologies, including nodes from 180nm down to 7nm, Boonma has established himself as a leading expert in the field. His current responsibilities include leading the layout design for a diverse range of products, such as Touch and Sensor interfaces, Audio CODECs, VoIP solutions, cellular technologies, Bluetooth, DSL, GPS, set-top boxes, cable modems, and Power Management systems.
Boonma’s expertise encompasses a comprehensive understanding of analog layout design tools and methodologies, particularly within the Cadence suite, where he utilizes tools like Virtuoso Layout Editor and Electrically Aware Design (EAD) to ensure precision and efficiency in his designs.
