In this pivotal role, Ariel has successfully transformed the Youth Success Project into an independent, member-led organization that prioritizes the voices and lived experiences of youth and young adults facing homelessness. With a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from Boston University, Ariel brings a strong foundation in public health principles to address the complex challenges faced by marginalized youth.

Their expertise in grant writing and financial management has been instrumental in securing funding and resources, allowing the organization to expand its outreach and impact.
Ariel is particularly skilled in engaging individuals with lived experience, facilitating focus groups, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and collaboration. Their public speaking engagements and networking efforts have helped to raise awareness about youth homelessness and the importance of centering young voices in policy discussions.
