Peter Ng serves as the Director of Reagents Manufacturing at Nova Biomedical, where he leverages his extensive experience in the biotech, medical device, and pharmaceutical industries to drive operational excellence and innovation. With a robust background in manufacturing operations, engineering, and quality assurance, Peter oversees a diverse Reagents Group that encompasses five specialized teams: Formulation, Chemical Filling, Controls Filling, Packaging, and Testing. His leadership spans a workforce of approximately 75 professionals, effectively managing two shifts to ensure seamless production and adherence to stringent FDA regulations.
Under Peter's guidance, the Reagents Group has embarked on several key projects aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency. By implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, he has successfully streamlined production schedules and reduced waste, resulting in significant cost savings and improved throughput. His commitment to validation and verification (V&V) processes ensures that all products meet the highest standards of safety and efficacy, aligning with industry best practices.
