Melisa Koutz Fich is a dynamic Recruiting Leader with a wealth of experience in scaling high-growth companies, including notable successes at Google, Airbnb, and Robinhood. Currently, as a Committee Volunteer for the Stanford First-Generation and/or Low-Income Alumni Network (FLAN), Melisa leverages her extensive background in operations management and team building to foster a supportive community for first-generation and low-income alumni. Her role involves organizing networking events and community-building initiatives that create meaningful connections among alumni, while also collaborating closely with the First-Generation and/or Low-Income Partnership (FLIP) student group to provide mentorship and resources for current students navigating their academic and professional journeys.
