With a brewery capacity of 7.6 million hectoliters, Aidan manages a diverse team of 160 direct employees and an extensive network of 1,500 indirect staff, all dedicated to producing a comprehensive range of Diageo's beer portfolio. This includes not only the flagship Guinness but also a variety of other brands distributed across international markets, including the UK, US, Europe, and Asia Pacific, as well as supporting global franchise brewers.
In his role, Aidan is pivotal in driving key projects that enhance operational efficiency and product quality. His expertise in brewing and FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) allows him to implement innovative brewing techniques and quality improvement initiatives that elevate the standard of production.
