His leadership is pivotal in the construction, commissioning, and startup of a state-of-the-art 250MW solar shingle plant, a project that underscores his expertise in both Greenfield and Brownfield initiatives. In his role, Kartik is responsible for assembling and leading a high-performing engineering and support team, focusing on the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training documentation, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) procedures. His commitment to quality and efficiency is evident in the implementation of Preventive Maintenance (PM) and spare parts procedures, as well as the integration of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and advanced warehouse management systems.
