Burney Waring currently serves as a Consultant at WaringWorld, Inc., where he leverages his extensive expertise in production engineering and reservoir management to drive innovative solutions in the energy sector. With a robust background in artificial lift systems, including Electric Submersible Pumps (ESP) and Gas Assisted Production (GAP), Burney is adept at optimizing petroleum production systems, a skill he honed while authoring the influential book, "Practical Optimization of Petroleum Production Systems," published in March 2016. His strategic insights have been pivotal in leading multi-discipline asset teams through intensive Producing the Limit events, where he successfully identified production enhancement opportunities that collectively exceeded USD 1 billion in net present value (NPV).
