Collaborating closely with a dedicated board of eight women, Jordan not only oversees day-to-day financial activities but also engages in strategic planning to enhance the organization's sustainability and growth.
One of Jordan's key responsibilities includes managing the organization's financial accounts, specifically through platforms like Bank of America online banking and merchant services. This involves meticulous oversight of transactions, budgeting, and reporting, which are essential for maintaining transparency and accountability. Additionally, Jordan utilizes the GiveButter donation platform to streamline fundraising efforts, enabling the organization to reach its financial goals while fostering community engagement.
Jordan's expertise in financial management is complemented by strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, which are critical for producing accurate financial reports and the Annual Tax Form.
