With a strong commitment to enhancing patient experiences, Isabel is currently spearheading key projects that integrate Applied Behavioral Analysis principles into dental practices. This approach not only improves patient compliance but also fosters a more supportive environment for children and individuals with special needs.
Isabel’s journey began as a dedicated student-athlete with the University of Kansas Rowing Program, where she developed resilience, teamwork, and strategic thinking—skills that have proven invaluable in her current role. Her passion for sports and athletics translates into her leadership style, emphasizing collaboration and motivation among her team members.
